Precision Physical Therapy for Sustainable Recovery

At Check Point Physical Therapy, evidence-based care means your treatment is guided by the best available research, clinical experience, and your individual goals. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care or following trends simply because they are popular. Every treatment decision should have a purpose.

For you, this means we take time to understand what matters most:

  • Your symptoms

  • Your movement

  • Your daily responsibilities

  • Your health history

  • The activities you want to return to

Research helps guide the plan, but your care is shaped around your needs, your abilities, and the real demands of your life.

Evidence-based physical therapy may include hands-on treatment, exercise, strength training, mobility work, balance training, education, dry needling, or other interventions when appropriate. The goal is not to use every tool available. The goal is to choose the right tools for your specific situation.

Our Approach

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every person comes to physical therapy with different goals, responsibilities, limitations, and priorities. Some people want to return to work or sport. Others want to walk with more confidence, reduce pain, improve balance, or maintain independence.

Our role is to combine medical knowledge, current research, and common-sense application to build a plan that fits your life. We focus on helping you understand what is happening, why it matters, and what you can do to make meaningful progress.

At Check Point Physical Therapy, treatment is not only about getting through an injury. It is about building strength, resilience, confidence, and the skills needed for long-term health.

Justin has experience working with a wide range of patients, including post-surgical clients, older adults, veterans, athletes, individuals with chronic pain, and people working to improve strength, mobility, and independence. His background as a U.S. Army veteran also shapes his belief in resilience, service, discipline, and helping people build the capacity to meet the demands of life.

At Check Point Physical Therapy, Justin’s goal is to provide care that is both medically sound and personally meaningful. He believes research and science should guide treatment, but that every plan must also reflect the individual’s goals, abilities, lifestyle, and real-world needs.
