Justin McCrary is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Check Point Physical Therapy. His approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation, strength training, clinical reasoning, and practical education to help patients understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.

Justin has experience working with a wide range of patients, including post-surgical clients, older adults, veterans, athletes, individuals with chronic pain, and people working to improve strength, mobility, and independence. His background as a U.S. Army veteran also shapes his belief in resilience, service, discipline, and helping people build the capacity to meet the demands of life.

At Check Point Physical Therapy, Justin’s goal is to provide care that is both medically sound and personally meaningful. He believes research and science should guide treatment, but that every plan must also reflect the individual’s goals, abilities, lifestyle, and real-world needs.
